SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Orders will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Items can be posted on the same day if order is processed before 3:30pm on a business day, and posted next day if order is processed after this time.
- Orders received on the weekend or public holidays are process the next business day.
- Shipment may take 2~3 days to be delivered within New Zealand.
- For international orders the delivery time can vary depending on the country the order is placed at, this will be confirmed once items are posted. Please consider the time difference when placing your order as we are located in New Zealand. Please note that customs taxes and duties will may apply, as the products prices are expressed in NZD inclusive taxes but excluding customs duties. You understand that you are responsible for all applicable duties.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We only accept the return of items within 15 days of their delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unaltered and unworn for credit or replacement.
- We will review your item once we receive it, and then refund your payment by reissuing a credit to your payment method.
- Shipping cost are non-refundable and returns cost are customer's responsibility.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment. If we have a replacement available we will send one out. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund. Please consider that some of our items are unique and not two pairs are the same, i.e. Copper Collection.
